I am an advocate for building relationship with the menstrual cycle, mother, people, place, earth-kin, and more..

I hope to contribute to a shift where menstrual stigma and taboo is dismantled, people are living in relationship to their cycles and the cycles of nature, and experiencing the peace and harmony that can come from this.

In 2025, I am continuing my studies under Dr Lara Owen, in the first cohort of her course, Contemporary Menstrual Studies - Year 2 (Master’s level).

I am also undergoing Doula training, under my teacher Mirabai from Raven and Rose, located Canberra, ACT/South East Coast of NSW. I love to care for and provide support to new parents, if you wish to engage with me for postpartum support and meals, please get in touch.
